Fear, anger, or any traumatic experience is tough to live with and even tougher to heal, especially if you try to do it yourself. We all need a support system to help walk through and release all the emotional turmoil it has created in your life. If you’re reading this you more than likely are ready; don’t you think it’s time?
Here’s the way I approach moving forward:
I believe every survivor has an empowered creation within waiting to show you your healing potential. In many traumatic situations it can be tough to tap that empowerment by yourself.
That’s where I come in.
As a survivor who has healed child abuse, sexual abuse and PTSD within me – I want to be your coach in Self-Empowered Healing – I know what it’s like to feel powerless and full of PTSD symptoms. I also know how to help you shift from powerless to Empowered so that you can release fear, build confidence and eliminate obstacles.
For those of you that have been a family member of someone going through this emotional roller coaster it is absolutely natural to feel frustrated, confused and uncertain about how to help.
Family members - I first like to educate you about PTSD, along with the information within this website. Than I show you how to release the emotional ropes tying you down, teaching you along the way (working myself out of a job) so that together we can help others, plus teach you how to take care of yourself while taking care of your PTSD loved one.
Veterans – I teach you what you are doing to your life and if it continues how you will be facing life alone. We than release all the emotional ties that are keeping you right where you are. I also provide you with the knowledge and skills to assist your veteran friends to make this a better place to live.
Your “Empowered Creator” is waiting to be awakened.

PTSD Support Group - You’re not alone! Join a weekly coaching, support group. These groups give you access to both a live, personal connection, plus a forum in which to seek guidance for all of your PTSD treatment and recovery challenges.
One-On-One Coaching – We all need help getting through this struggle and as a person that has “Been There Done That” I asked for help and now am ready willing and able to assist you. Let me coach you and show you the way to freedom.
Release My PTSD – Not wanting help yet? That’s ok, I have developed a weekly program that will teach you how to release the inner wounds for your self providing you the skills to do it yourself.
Family of PTSD – Are you a family member of someone with PTSD and you are totally confused and need help? This weekly program will bring you knowledge of why they do what they do, plus what you can do for yourself. Save not just your family, but bring back the person they use to be. After all you deserve it.
